Elan L. Nieves received an A.B. in Politics, with a concentration in American Politics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. During law school, Elan traveled to New Orleans to do pro bono work with the Student Hurricane Network, and she also served on as a member of the Mediation Clinic. After law school Elan worked as a Volunteer Assistant Attorney General with the NYS Attorney General’s Office and then as an Attorney for American Apparel, Inc. She is currently engaged in the practice of real estate, trusts and estates and commercial litigation.
